In the midst of darkness, there’s always an optimistic light. Wherever we are, light and darkness are just our presumptions. We often choose to ignore a small ray of light in our dark days as optimism takes time to develop in us.
It comes from experiences and struggles in our lives that we have overcome by having faith in god that whatever happens in life is his wish and he’s always kept something good for all of us in his store. All we need to do is wait patiently and work on ourselves and see life as an opportunity of self-discovery.
We learn from history that no matter how great an empire is, it will always come to an end. All the wealth we’ve accumulated throughout our lives will be passed on to the next generation after our death. So, while we’re living, we need to spread happiness to others and lift themselves along with us by providing help.
Life’s about progress of other people along with us. We are born alone and we depart from this world alone. The only things we carry with us from this world is memories of our accomplishments. Only our deeds will be remembered by the people whom we pass it on to.
The more good deeds we commit, the more we will be remembered and praised for it. The more we try to find happiness, the more we separate ourselves from our objective for which god has sent us to this wonderful place of unlimited possibilities. It doesn’t matter if your friends today turn into your enemies tomorrow because the day you lose the war with yourself is the day you lose your identity.
We have to find the reason on why we have been sent here. Time passes like blinks of an eye if we don’t stop wasting it. We might be good at something in our childhood but the society shuts it down because people can’t resist the people who are different from them. Never take their words to your heart and let it break you because your mother takes nine months to make your heart.
It takes time to find the right path. But when we find it, we will never regret it after reaching its end. There’s a quote, "Hope for the best but prepare for the worst." We should implement it in our daily lives too. Whatever we do, it’s just this small planet of ours, where we can achieve greatness.
Sometimes, it feels difficult to go ahead in our lives without hope. But we should never forget that every being on this planet faces several problems but will be remembered only if it doesn’t give up till its last breath. So, we must hope that we will not give up at any situation because life never forgets to pay you back for the struggles it had given to you.
Thank you for your essay "Life, an Opportunity", Nischal. We can't agree more, life is an opportunity to do good and become great. Never give up on your way finding your path. And let's continue to spread happiness and compassion along the way. Congratulations! Well done!
